how many litres of oil do i need when i do a oil change and what grade do i need

4.5 litres with the oil filter 10/40 semi synthetic oil

id go with ester based oils if it was me...silkolene etc...

This is correct
its 4ltrs in the engine and .5ltr in the filter which needs to be filled before fitting.
