Have a Trust backbox on the Forester, nice big 4.5 exit, scares the cattle in the fields and blows the corn over ! Yes-totally anti-social, not green, and....I don't care.
But... the pipe work is anything but stainless, more like cardboard, twice it has had to be patched and welded. Nothing on e-bay that I fancy, H&S far too common !
So, would it be a relatively simple job to have the pipe work cut off and a decent length of SS pipe put on ? (re-use hangers as well) I think that the Impreza pipes have very similar, if not identical bends/kinks etc so an off the shelf Impreza pipe from an exhaust manufacturer should be a viable replacement ?
Then I can still be anti-social !!!!
