From my crib sheet:
MY92-96 MAP sensor Wiring
=========================
Red = +12V
White = Sensor
Green = Gnd
MY97-00 MAP sensor
==================
Looking into connector with pressure pipe down:
Left = +12v
Center = Signal
Right = Gnd
Pin Numbers/Wire colours:
1 = Blue
2 = Yellow-Black
3 = Red
