ive heard of bottom end failure on totally standard cars, ive hear of uk turbos running circa 350 for years with no problem, you pays ya money ya makes ya choice lol
seriously though, anything between 300 and 350 is quite safe, around 350 or more then you`ll be looking for a new gearbox as well
