Exhaust fitment classic to an 04 WRX

Hi all im new to the Subaru world and this site! I was wondering if anyone could answer my question. My friend is selling a blitz Nur Spec exhaust with centre section off his 94 Impreza and I was wondering if it would fit onto my 04 WRX. I know I would have to move the mounting brackets though. the back box will fit fine. but the centre section on newage i about 2inchs shorter due t the downpipe being about 2 inchs londer!! silly subaru!! if yu get a classic downpipe then go for it.
