Disconnect the Lambda sensor connector. But this will only be applicable in closed loop, low load/rpm situations. When you boot it, it goes into open loop anyway - theoretically fuelling will be the same as before.
But you don't need to do this - simply use V-Power 99 RON (similar RON to what was availanle in Japan when car was produced), so will be okay until your remap. The ECU has knock correction timing control anyway - with a max advance of '16', and can retard all the way down to '0' if there's fuelling/boost issues. So, on 99 RON you'll be okay until remap time, anyhow.
If paranoid, then keep off boost until remap day... Simple!
