Decat and full system would be great but if to much then just a decat down pipe. Would also get an induction kit or pannel filter as well. Once remapped you will find your fuel may even be better. There is a man called Tweenie Rob that will give you a great remap but will prob cost around £550 but well worth waiting for. Some people say you need a walbro but I think your std one will be fine for this sort of setup.

above is good info, my friend has just had his sti ppp remapped, on the rollers before it was 298bhp, now with a full stainless (car back), panel filter standard ecu and a remap he says the power difference is staggering (supposed to be around 360bhp yet to be checked). his fuel economy is now much better too. He took off his ppp pack ie full exhaust and ecu and sold them together as he discovered many people want a ppp upgrade without the hastle of remapping etc (just remember the keys need to be reprogrammed) which went a long way towards what he wanted. if i where you (and i did myself) i would talk with a mapper or two, explain what you would like and ask them for their opinion. jolly green monster is one here all the time as are many others but i found him a very helpfull bloke.

As mentioned, You won't go worng with JGM - he travels to YOU lol (may have to pay for his fuel). He's up and down the country so contact him to arrange a mapping day when he's next in/near your area, to save on those fuel costs...

if you arent looking for anymore than 350bhp the prodrive exast that is already on will be fine. you will need a uprated fuel pump tho if the ppp hasent got a one and also a panel filter.

the sti ppp comes up nice with a remap either as is or with a decat or sports cat downpipe. Performance panel filter is worth fitting too.

You should see better mpg, improved throttle response and more power and torque once mapped.

the prodrive sports car is actually fairly good.
a decat will see more power though.

you should be seeing in the region of 330~340bhp and similar torque
