Default car smoking

took my car off the road and was told the turbo was dead so took it apart and got a new one put it back together agian today and it still belowing smoke (blue) when i took the turbo off the first time there was oil everywere intercooler dump valve downpipe turbo everywere

will it be the oil burning off in the exhaust or something else please help

soundsl ike its the oil buring away
but you really should remove intercoole rand flush any oil out asap. the oil in exhaust is ok to just let burn off

As above - you need to clean out all the pipework/inlet manifold/TMIC - you dont want to contaminate your air/fuel charge with oil.
