is there any way of getting anti-lag on the above ecu?

No mate it's not poss - you can have some minor pops mapped but the full on ALS is available on some of the newer systems.

Apexi PowerFC FAQ

Its available on certain cars with the Power FC, how come not the Subaru?

It is available on the early Datalogit box (The hardware for mapping PowerFCs with the FC Edit Software.) - It works to a certain degree - the function will activate, but doesn't seem to turn off until you switch the ignition off.

So, all in all, not a lot of use really.
