The lack of a rear wash / wipe puts it into a euro model and not JDM.

The Euro models and UK models were for all purposes mechanically identical

PS where is the aerial mast? door pillar or rear screed demister?

The Aerial mast was on door pillers on 01 models and on rear screen on 02 models.

If its from Cyprus it would be a EU car, as shuan said they were identical and would have came with a certificate of conformation on import to UK.

JDM would be rear wash wipe, do you use the Subaru Key to disable alarm or do you have a extra fob????, usually EU cars get a extra fob as the standard car (eu) only has a immobiliser fitted. although i beleive Subaru UK done this to early cars as well.

When the cars came to the Uk the only difference to the UK cars were:

1. No mats(uk dealers usually threw them in)
2. No wheel locking nuts
3. No Cat 1 alarm
4. No underseal

uk were identical apart from above.

What does it say when you insure the car? Usually the uks are cheaper to insure but not 100% on the 2001's onwards
