fitted a boost gauge yesterday and my car boost's to 16 psi and holds a solid 15psi through the rev range but my boost don start till 3k and on full boost @ just under 4k
is this ok for a stock 97 sti import

Boost coming in at 3k sounds right (not sure about the rest though)
