hi,everyone. im a new member on here.looking for advice on my 96wrx.have contacted an ebay seller who has a stage 3 chip but a mate says i can just change to a different ecu. any help would be much appreciated

 

Personally i would not touch a chip from ebay . Try www.jollygreenmonster.co.uk or PolarPerformance these people are your friends The hit n miss, unknown maps you will get off ebay can kill your car

 

What's a 'Stage 3 chip'

All depends on what you want from the car and if you are going to be modding further (i.e. the polarperformance chips only do 380cc injectors so if you upgrade to bigger injectors you can't use the chip).
