If money's tight, or you simply don't wanna spend out on an OEM one, then quite a few members have bought one of these and have nothing but praise for that price, service, delivery time, and that guarantee!:-

What's the material like on the end tanks?

Last cheap one I bought was a weird material, I guess a plastic based material but had almost ceramic type properties to it too. Nothing like the normal plastic of the stock rad. Hard to explain but I had to trim a bit of the moulding cast from the inlet and outlet with a knife and it was a strange feeling. Didn't really like it.

Yeah, it'll be the end tanks' material that will be the critical thing - is it different to the OEM ones?

Ha ha, like it!

To be fair though, I was sort of forced to buy it...

I was in an 'hour of need' because my rad had sprung a pinhole leak, and I would've otherwise been stranded. So, I was grateful that they did actually do it... just on me turning up, at the drop of a hat!

David, is this your joint?... Google Maps
