what oil should be used after all the run in stages r complete.

I'd say a 15w50 would be a good one.

Millers CRO 10W/40 it's an oil specifically designed for running in engines, just a nice, clean basic mineral oil for not too much money.

Dont forget that after you have run the car in, run a semi synthetic for 5k or so before going fully synth (if you are going that way
