really? i didnt know you needed to remap after fitting one of these
unless your changing the boost settings i thought it would have been ok?
can somebody clarify this as i was going to fit one tomorrow, bloody good job i found this thread lol

100% u need a remap i believe it will cause overboost or unstable boost as the ecu wont be calibrated to control it, my car was mapped to a perrin 3 port boost solonoid and when i got it mapped the other week i fitted the prodrive one as i like the oem look fitment,even changing these which are more or less like for like the car didnt boost right at all until mapped for it.
