hi, got a 2002 bugeye sti, how do you remove the alarm sensor for putting an a pillar pod in? cheers, tried search but cant find out how you get them off.

right think i may have sussed it, but it will need moving uo higher, are there any issues with moving it up? and how could a make the wire longer? is it a case of using more co ax cable or just snip behind the sensor and extend with normal wire? anyone help please.
someone must have had to do this before.

In mine there was excess cable in there. I was able to just pull it through and further up the pillar
