Default UK STI front to rear split ?

As above what drive am i getting ? Not dccd. Nigel

i always thought it was 60/40 on my 03 sti, but have been told recently that its 50/50 so would like to know the answer to this myself.

Unless I'm mistaken, I'm certain that for non DCCD cars, the steady-state split is 50/50. I'm not sure how much torque gets directed rear or forwards in the presence of total slip i.e. one axle's both wheels spinning freely in air? I think it could well be near-100% , as I'm sure the viscous coupling centre diff is fully lockable i.e. the shearing of the silicone fluid causes it to pretty much soildify, hence total torque transfer to the other axle...
