Default Whining

Im getting a whining noise which sounds like its coming from the rear offside area of my car, its audible mostly on the over run at low speeds and doesnt seem to really increase or decrease in speed as the car speeds up or slows down, its not major loud, although I do have a Blitz nurspec so anything is quiet next to it lol

Any ideas on what it may be or what I can check

Its a 99 UK turbo by the way if that helps.
