When i put the throttle down i get a pause from the engine like it about to die then it catches up and revs....my mate told me that it could be the cheap sh"t bov i had on the car cos it was one of the "HKS STYLE" ones ......so i replaced that with a gfb hybrid and its still doing the samething.......i have recently fitted new headers and up pipe and not sure wether there could be a leak in the exhaust somewhere and that drawing air from the leak could cause the samething...

Any how if anyones got any thoughts

Just a thought, mine did the same, along with irratic idling, turned out to be the maf sensor.
