From a breaker. Try to get one off the newest newage STi you can find as the heat shield welds (and flex joint) rot with age & heat, causing rattles and leaks.
Cut off the heat shield and heat wrap.
Should be about £40/£50.
Or buy a slip jointed one from the likes of Zen or Harvey for about £120 & add heat wrap.
