May i ask the point in this stuff? seems like a common mod. Does it just reduce the amount of heat released into the engine bay to stop heat soak?

People notice a difference? and with what setup?

As well the advantage of keeping heat away from the induction side (cooler more dense air in = more power), wrapping your headers and uppipe will help keep the heat in the exhaust gas, which should give you a noticeable improvement in spool.

cheap nasty heat wrap usually falls to bits very soon after.

i bought 70 pound roll from roger clark motorsport. best stuff i have seen.
