Red face EXPERTS AND PEERS PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!

Ok guys my car is jumping a little between 2-3k on the revs.
On idle it is every so often dropping as if it may stall but never does.
I have replaced the turbo with a td05 16g
I then put a decat up pipe on it and removed the egt sensor- put a resistor in the slot for the egt sensor though
The car was running ok still at this point with no engine mgt light on.
I then put the ngk 7b -one stage colder spark plugs in the car- this is when the issue started.
The car started jumping all over the place and idle was really rough.
Engine mgt light was flashing also at times while driving
I then removed the spark plugs and gapped them all to 0.7mm
Now it seems to be ok apart from between 2-3k on revs where it still jumps a bit.
The flashing engine mgt light has not came back- just a solid light.
DURING THE INSTALL OF THE TURBO I BROKE THE VACUUM TUBES THAT GO TO THE TURBO ACTUATOR AND OTHER SIDE OF THE TURBO.
I am currently using bigger piping without the restrictor pill.
Would this have anything to do with it.
I have been driving off boost since install of turbo.
The actuator line seems wider on the td05 16g than the td04- is this right?
Remap booked in for end of month
Experts and peers please please help!
I will be gratefull for suggrestions to try- thanks!

*DURING THE INSTALL OF THE TURBO I BROKE THE VACUUM TUBES THAT GO TO THE TURBO ACTUATOR AND OTHER SIDE OF THE TURBO.

This is the t junction where the ruber pipes meets from each side of the turbo-one has a restricotr pill in it

You really need to read the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) associated with the check engine light. Your mapper or a dealer should be able to check the DTCs. Sounds like it's plug or coil pack related given the CEL started when you changed the plugs.

If it was me I would swap the old plugs back in and see if the problem persists.
