Default fluctuating boost

hello & thanks for any help or advise on this,
when my my95 wrx hits full boost(1.1bar) it will hold boost steady untill i reach around 5k rpm then it will start to rise & sometimes hit fuel cut.
When on low boost setting 0.7bar it will do exactly the same.
I have no air leaks,no boost leaks & other than this problem the car runs sweet. Any help would be appreciated as i dont know what else to look at to sort this out.

Have you got any form of aftermarket electronic or manual boost controller fitted?

fixed it now...had to put my old td04 back on as the td05 had a very loose wastgate penny & wasnt doing its job properly & this was the cause of the boost creep problem. So after trying & exploring every option ive finally got my car running sweet again.....happy
