depends what mods you have
i have a uk my00 with just a decat , sports cat and cone filter , got JGM round and did a power run to start before any tweaks and was running 220 after about an hour was running 260 ..
but decided i wanted more so changed the turbo (vf35) boost solinoid and fuel pump and had another remap and now running 326bhp and 318 torque..

but doing it my way cost me an extra 300 quid for the second remap which i could of saved if i upgraded the turbo and bits before the first remap

first map if you need the licence ( ecu has not been mapped before) probably around the 600 mark ant other tweaks after that 250 - 300 ish

cant really seeing you gain that much with just those mods
best person to speak to is simon aka JGM

if i was you tho , save and get the extra mods first and then have it done once ..

I did sports cat in the downpipe and straight thru middle with resonator to diff backbox, still passes the MOT, albeit on the limit and 3port boost solenoid. Went from 215 to 265bhp n 270lb/ft. The torque is the main thing and made a massive difference to how it drives.

Only bad thing was I had to upgrade the clutch as the standard one was worn n couldn't cope.

not sure about yours bud , a went for the vf35 cos of price and it was a straight swop
dont think in power wise there is alot of difference between TD05, VF34 and VF35 they will all make around the same

what i did learn from reading on here the vf35 kicks in earlier than the vf34 but dies off quicker
