Default Fitting A Ninja Sports Cat

Hey I've a 99 Import WRX STI. No mods except HKS Exhaust. At the moment the cat has a few holes and will need replacing as I've been told it will mak the fuel run lean.

Noticed the Ninja Sports cat (100) have any of you fitted thi to ur vehicle. If so wat difference does it make if any and will I need to a remap.

Cheers and hav a very scooby new year?

Hi not quite the same car, but I fitted a 100 cell sports cat, and removed the other cat too ! Turbo spooled up more briskly, and CEL came on, due to cat efficiency being non-factory standard. A re-map gained loads of power and turned off the CEL.

HTH
