Default coolant

can anybody help ive got a k reg wrx and it has a little coolant bottle by the passenger front headlight not sure what this is

seems a be strange to be an over floe when it says coolant fluid with a little cap that looks like window washer fluid but i could be wrong

this is a piccy of my 93wrx engine bay

i assumed you mean the yellow lid by the battery with the small rubber pipe coming of it?

that is the overflow the rubber tube is too make sure it doesn't **** out all over the battery.
I would expect it has coolant written on it so people who are lacking a bit of under bonnet sense don't put oil or anything else in it (not saying you don't have any under bonnet understanding )

no it when it fills up you MAY have a problem.

The header tank is where you check/fill the coolant level.

I know it has been like that since i bought it is a Juran item and i'm guessing it wasn't meant for the early cars (slanty tmic).

None of the garages i've taken my car too have said anything about it though so i just left it
