i have a 2004 wrx with a vf34 sports cat down pipe and the rest decatted with a 3 inch bore exhaust, hks induction kit ,xs power top mount and im going to be fitting a roger clark motorsports headers heatwrapped along with heat wrapped scoobyclinic upipe and then a remap, im currently getting 340 bhp how much gain will i get from fitting these?

your best bet is to speak to harvey as he knows everything about them

 

My set-up wasn't far away from urs when Zen fitted their headers.
Main benefit was mid range torque + 23lbs/ft, Bhp +15. Spool-up was back a couple hundred rmp-hardly noticed. STI pinks were fitted at the same time cos the 380's were maxing badly.

 

was it noticeable after doing? im surprised your cars injectors coped before upgrading them
