that is proper bad cannot see how that has happened unless your car proper pressurised , what made you buy the ali one anyway ?

i was thinking pressure but surely if the pressure was the main cause wouldn't a hose have blown first, thinking its made from a poor grade of ali.

brought it as it was cheaper than another one from subaru dealer

 

chap on 22b.com has something like this and his bent the same way?

no idea where he got his from mind

 

That looks like it's been pressurized from a head gasket failure.

 

The chap on 22b.com was a Lateral Rad/FMIC kit that bent & his was due to head gasket going.

 

exactly what i thought , it wouldnt do it unless head gasket etc
