Ali rads off ebay not that good
Only been on the car for six weeks and used twice. I purchased it mid October, hopefully I can return it

that is proper bad cannot see how that has happened unless your car proper pressurised , what made you buy the ali one anyway ?

i was thinking pressure but surely if the pressure was the main cause wouldn't a hose have blown first, thinking its made from a poor grade of ali.

That looks like it's been pressurized from a head gasket failure.

The chap on 22b.com was a Lateral Rad/FMIC kit that bent & his was due to head gasket going.

exactly what i thought , it wouldnt do it unless head gasket etc
