had a problem with pads clunking when i touched the brake pedal, braking was good just very annoying.
so got hold of the shim kit and fitted them, mechanic had neglected to fit them.
problem is no more clunking but braking no longer feels as good is this the sacrifice you make for fitting shim kit
should i have fitted both shims or just one of them. any help appreciated
