It might just be an oil pump on the way out.Probably worth investigating before condeming the engine
Just a thought
I was going to mention this - worthwhile the OP putting on a replacement pump, just to be sure...
Also minjeeta, what's your idea of 'dropping pressure'. Why not post up a detailed synopsis of the symptoms for a more surer diagnosis from the good people on here? Silly to condemn an engine because of one person's thought - may as well get as many opinions as possible, as that costs zilch

okay boys, the oil pumps fine, cause ahve beefed the oil relief valve spring up, which gave me an extra 20 psi......the oils fine, .....filters good...meshes on the oil feed aren't gunged....turbo oil feed pipe brazing isn't taking in air............................................... .................................................. ...oil pressure is fine until it heatens up, then drops to eff all????

engine out??
At idle it's normal for the pressure to drop as the oil warms. Think about it, when the oil is cold it is thick therefore requiring more pressure to pump it around. As it warms it thins so requiring less pressure. However what are the actual pressures when cold and warm and does the pressure rise with throttle application?
is the gauge defo accuate? what are the actual pressures you are getting?
hot pressure will be lower than cold pressure yes. surely if there was zero pressure the engine would hav eaten itsself up by now.
