Question New 2.5 block has endfloat!

Just took my brand new EJ257 block out of the box and it has quite a bit of end float/crank walk.

Does anyone know if it is possible to buy different sizes of thrust bearings to help erradicate this?

Just worried about popping crankshaft oil seals etc.

Cheers,

Dave.

What do you call "quite a bit of end float" ??
Standard spec for end float is 0.0012" ~ 0.0045"
