Is there a diffrence between a wagon and a saloon maf sensor? If so should I get a saloon one cos my wagon has td05 and z4 ecu?

I was under the impression the green maf was the same on both models.
My mates WRX has the same turbo and ecu as yourself with the green maf, When his maf packed in, he took his mates green maf of his wagon and done no harm to his saloon
