Default Boost problem. Variable Boost pressure...

The problem is this:

At any gear, the boost pressure is going to peak at 0.5bar, and then raises a little with the engine rev going up. the max pressure is 0.7.

The car isn't modified. only up+down pipe exhust system.

There isn't any check engine that goes on.

To overcome the problem i'm pulling out the negetive battery for 5 minutes (reset). then when i start the car, it kind a turning off, going to a verry slow REV (about 300-400) for some seconds, then it goes up again, and the BOOST goes up again to a normal work (1.1 Peak, 1 steady), and after either a day, or 5 minutes, goes back to the 0.6-0.7 boost..

What can cause the probles, and does anyone experienced it?

TY, Simon.
