if its one of his maps then a tweak is possible at a reasonable price. if its someone elses map he wont be able to see it so would have to start from scratch. Best to e-mail him for prices

It depends how long he spends and what you have done to the car in the meantime 
Whatever he charges it's well worth it
If you need the Runway at Bruntingthorpe (sp?) then it's more LOL
