Sti 3 ra questions
Howdy folks,
just left a deposit on a nice sti 3 ra.
Stupid questions really....
1. The intercooler spray, on the auto setting I take it you press it and the ecu decides when to spray the intercooler? I worked out the manual switch
2. The dccd control, which would be the best 'green light' setting for almost 50/50 distribution? (ive got a rwd Skyline gtst at the mo and lets just say the rear end is somewhat lively..... )
Cheers

1. Yes.
2. Depends on the weather, in the dry I run mine fully open (bottom green), 2nd/3rd gear and a tight corner is needed for oversteer. Same in the wet if I'm not pressing on.
Going fast in the wet needs a bit of lock up (2nd bottom green/1st orange) or it will oversteer big style on the power.
In the ice and snow 2nd green/1st orange works well.
