Default engine light on, mis firing, chugging, no boost and engine hasnt been touched

Hi there, im totally pissed off this morining after driving 140miles yesterday with no problems at all to start my wrx 2001 up this morning to go to the bike show just to find that its misfiring, chuggin and no boost, and the engine light is on, all i can hear is a sucking sound when the the turbo kicks in? Im sure this maybe a common fault but I have no idea where to start? Where do I start? Ive checked the engine over no pipes come off no wires or connectors loose?

You need to plug a diagnostics tool into the car and read the fault code .

Was its the dv?
Reason I ask is I had same problem bar the miss fire, and after inspecting every pipe and even removing intercooler and y pipe to find nothing, I took dv of and blocked of dv pipe and was sorted! I thoght I needed new dv but took it apart and greassed it up and it works better than ever! Any ways you fixed it so happy days!
