are aftermarket oil cooler kits a worthwhile mod and which one do you go for? my car is a 54 plate wrx

depends on what your going to use the car for.if your going to be doing track days with it then yes.

I would go further than that and say that it depends on what temps you're seeing now.
If they are high then yes, go for it.
If not then no, save your money.

its not gonna hurt them (assuming you have a thermo controled one) but as peanuts says depends on temps your seeing.
