Is it coded once setup and mapped by the mapper who fitted it??

Just remember my Autronic ecu was coded i recall so if i,d of wanted a different mapper they needed a certain code

 

Running Motec myself but always gone to the same mapper so don't know the answer.The man in question is Bob Rawle, who comes highly recommended - why not ask him directly on rbr@brddevelopments.com. He always replies (eventually)and is based in Swindon. Top man.

they are not coded but can be password protected..

you need to speak with who mapped it to ask if it is password protected and if they will release the password if it is.

If it is password protected and the previous mapper refuses to release the password then it can be over written with a new map.
