I plan to do a few track days next year, I will be fitting coilovers & slicks. Do you recommend I it a baffled sump?

Who supplies baffled sumps?

It will have to be the same size as the oem sti8 sump as my headers run very close to the sump!

It would be wise to fit one if doing track days and also consider fitting an external oil cooler.
Might be worthwhile contacting David @ API Engines about the sump.

 

I have a baffled sump on my Spec C, which was farbricated by PowerStation. Baffle design has proved it's worth in plenty of cars in competition.
