STi V6 Type Ra - Does it come standard with a taller 5th gear?
Quick question as above
does the v6 sti ra's come standard with a longer 5th i.e. dont cut out at 120mph?
and better cruising revs?
someone told me this today, is it true or false?
Cheers

It was an option on the cars but came standard on the sti 6 ra limited model.
The only reason the car would cut out at 120mph, would be due to the standard speed limiter from Japan.
The speedo showing 120mph equals about 180 km/h, the ratios on the gearbox should allow about 150mph at 8k rpm.
Banny
