as above, who is best, does flow matter

does water pump need uprating

is rcm oil pump good, as it has same flow rate

what does the sump baffle do?
is it worth uprating to cosworth etc

what does water injection mean? fmic or injs into coolant system somewhere

all depends what you want to do with your car.

none of the pumps are uprated there modified. unless you buy an uprated pump the flow rate will stay the same. there modified for the relief valve sticking.

water pumps there is no need unless track use then just put on a bigger radiator etc.

water injection is for fmic or tmic to spray water on them to keep them cool. you buy a kit and it cools water and you spray it at your cooler to keep charge temps down.
