Everytime i put my handbrake on i have to put it right to top till it won't click no more if i don't the car rolls - i've just recently had new handbrake shoes along with rear discs and pads fitted.

Since i've had the new parts fitted i get a rubbing/catching noise coming from the back end could it be the handbrake shoes causing the noise due to them not being fitted properly?
