Default Water leak from above the sump!

I've got a leak coming from above the sump, it's a constant drip I’ve got the Intercooler off but I can't see where its coming from, every where I look it's dry! but the leak is there I can see is from as far as where the sump connects to the engine block but no more
Is there some pipe only talked about in folk law that could exist in my engine it's forward of the front wheels and I believe it's somewhere between the engine and the gearbox HELP!

Almost at the centre maybe and I mean only just on the drivers side, but it looks like its coming from under the engine where it meets the gearbox! and there way too much metal in the way to see anything or a source!!! everything from above is dry.....

ex mechanic and baby powder is a very good trick for findind annoying little leaks.

its very messy but works well, just put it in your hand and blow it over the area you think its coming from then start the car up sit back and wait for a leak. follow the wet bit and you'll see the source.

Had a similar problem on my car. It was a pinhole in the top hose, a common fault apparently. The leak was so small I couldn't see it, just the result where it hit the engine.
