Here's instructions on how to fit a MBC, set it up, etc...
SDinstructions
...So you'll need to reverse engineer it i.e. follow from points 3) to 2) to 1) under the heading "Let's Get Started", to remove it and return to OEM...

Bottom line...
It'll be connected, via narrow vacuum hoses, in either one of two ways...
1) between end of compressor nozzle (small swiveling nipple just before the hose-connecting collar), and the wastegate actuator

...or...
2) between inlet manifold, and the wastegate actuator

You just remove the two vac hoses to the MBC, then remake good the vac hose connection to the wastegate actuator, by substituting the now redundant T-piece, with a 180deg straight coupler instead

which set up is best !!!

No.1 is the safest, as it's loopng the raw boost directly from the turbo to the MBC then onto the wastegate, allowing the WG to control boost before it's had chance to get into the inlet system.
With No.2, the boost has already got into the inlet manifold before the MBC/WG sees pressure acting on them.
If your turbo hasn't got a bleed nipple for the wastegate, then the MBC will have boost going into its inlet side coming from the manifold anyway i.e. No.2.
