Offset For Prodrive Rep Alloys?

So i've found out the offset of my 17" Prodrive PD7's which have an offset of 52 problem i have now is do i specifically have to replace my alloys with the same offset or can i choose alloys with a diff offset and use a spacer to clear my alcons?
