Ok when I start my car now the (!) Light on dash comes on.
When I first start car all is well turbo boost normal but once she has warmed when I accelerate there is a constant air sucking sound I have checked all pipes turbo intake induction kits tmi pipe no spilts I have checked and cleand my maf! Could it be my dv? Its driving me mad atm any suggestions?

 

If you have confirmed it's not the intercooler and pipes, then i would suggest the DV. Remove the DV if not attached to your intercooler and block of the pipe, then take the car for a drive.

 

Ok I will try that when I finish work, my dv is not on my intercooler as its a v2 sti, I will remove and block the hole! What do I do with the pipe that comes of the top of dv and goes into manifold? Block as well?

 

Correct block of both pipes.

I have an V2 STi OEM Recirc DV that came off with the Maf when I had my Smitek done.
