Hello, think this is my first post as the on the search I seem to find most of the answers I am after accept for this problem I have. I wish to put a tow bar on my wrx so I can tow my motorcycle, found a witter su42 on ebay which came with the vaguest instructions ever. Has anyone fitted one of these or any other type of tow bar to a 2001 wrx? I was horrified to see it came with a huge ****y painted mild steel bar which must weight over 20kg, when I got under the car i can only figure that the the bar must stick out like something you would see on the back on a ford transit and will actually block the tail pipe. I went for the detacheable one thinking it would be descreet when not in use but I cannot see where this bar is going to hide? I'd like to know if anyone has any pics of tow bars installed on any 2001 wrx's?
