RCM not using the paddles

YouTube - The Gobstopper (bitchin)

I noticed that Olly does not use the paddles for shifting.

I wonder why, he could use the paddles and has his hands always on the steering wheel.

Didnt think he had them tbh. Sure hes only got a straight forward sequential.
