If you can't get to an ECUTek mapper for him to unlock the ECU, then your easiest option would be to try and source a standard ECU and map it using opensource.
If it has an ecutek map on it you will need an ecutek dealer to do it. If it is not an ecutek mapped car then you can download the std map with ecuflash, edit it in a few differing pieces of software - I use ecuedit - and reflash it.
