Chris,
Head codes should be LH/RH C006/7/8
ED3 and ID3 Valve codes
Pink colour coded Valve springs.

thanks merlin yep its got those on the side

plus i was sent this from the sussex site from Dyney

Inlet Opening 9 deg BTDC, closing 53 deg ABDC
Exhaust Opening 58 deg BBDC, closing 10 deg ATDC

The important bit
Cams have a base circle of 37.0mm
Inlet lift of 8.25mm - 8.35mm
Exhaust lift of 8.60mm - 8.70mm

You need to measure across the lobe (smallest part) that will give you the "base circle"
Then measure top to bottom (the highesty part).
Take the base circle measurement from the lobe measurement and you have the lift

WRX and UK cams have less lift probably less than 8mm
